I HAVE A 3000 IN THE FIELD THAT A PAPER JAM ACCOURED. CUSTOMER HAS TORN CHARGE GRID AND BROKE BLOCK 3. AS OF NOW THESE PARTS ARE BACK ORDERED UNTIL LATE NEXT MONTH. IF ANYONE HAS ANY PARTS OR A COMPLETE CHARGE ASSY. PLEASE CONTACT ME A.S.A.P.
