| I recently sent a fried Designjet 1050 board off to Vincent Le at LeTech Solutions to have it repaired. This was significantly less expensive than trying to get a new E-module. Long story short I screwed up and fried the board again. Mr. Le took the board back under warranty and fixed it at no additional cost, and was courteous the entire time. Mr. Le would have been justified in telling me to hit the road but he did not go that route. I would recommend LeTech Solutions for your Designjet problems. |
