I had a customer ask me a question and I did not have an answer for them . Hopefully you can help me out so I can get back to them with an answer. They asked why they could not scan a full size drawing and enlarge it so even though it would blow image off copy it would enlarge the area they wanted? When they tried to select enlarge mode a message came up about paper size or something? I guess my question is can you enlarge a full size drawing and what is the procedure to do this? I know with regular copy machines you can select enlargement mode and put it on any size paper you select, even though image will be off page it is still possible. Thanks in advance |

You can do this in request by using force size quite easily. Pick the paper size you want the image to print on and set the length, pick any percentage that you want and position the image on the paper size. |

You can also turn off automatic placement in the force size screen, then refresh image and drag the image to print the area you want. It will change the margins as you drag the image to the new location. I think you need request 6.0 or higher to do this but I am not sure. I know 6.5 will do it. |
