We have a 3100 that reboots the IPS when you touch the screen to wake it up. Has anyone else encountered this?

HEY COREY,
HAD ONE DO THE SAME THING AND THE ONLY THING THAT WE FOUND WAS TO DO A SOFT GHOST. I COULD NOT FIGURE IT OUT FOR THE LIFE OF ME, BUT THAT SEEMED TO FIX IT FOR NOW.
