Hey Guys,
This question is basic but I'm having problems accessing servcie mode.
I get there by pressing the question mark on the bottom right and clicking "service" mode.
I dont see service mode anywhere and the menu looks different from the service manual diagram.
Accessing service mode according to the service manual, I have to turn on the machine while pressing the "MENU" key.
I don't see menu anywhere on the screen.

Can someone help point me at the right direction.
thanks

There are two service modes on the 3000 one on the front panel as C. Brown says and one on the touch screen. What are you trying to accomplish?

If all you need to do is run a test print. Just hit the ?, then configuration, then on the 2nd or 3rd page I think in the middle of the screen there are a few test prints and a calibration page. Lot easier than going into the printer diagnostics.
