I started in this business 30 years ago cut my teeth on copiers then move up to fax and printer then to Plotters now 99% of my work is Plotters and I find Kip a great product. I have one that is located in a plant that make concrete beams for bridges etc. We go out there about every 45 days just to clean the dust out runs great this is a 5000 I have a 3000 in a plant that make Iron power I have not seen this machine in five month. We all find problem and we have our complaints but what is there better out there nothing I know of. |

I installed a 5004 with color scanner option yesterday at a local fiberglass plant to replace an Oce' tds 400 system. As soon as the customer saw the 5000 he was in love! The ease of loading paper, changing toner, the touch screen features, the single footprint feature, the versatility of request....and this was before we ran any copies!!! When the first print came out and he saw the great quality he knew that he made the correct decision over another Oce'. Another positive remark for Kip and a new customer that is very happy! Thought I would share that with everyone. |
