kip 3000 has background problems
lots of toner on the drum after the copy is finished
new drum,dev roller and supply roller
voltages check out okay????
any suggestions appreciated

check reg roller pressure... of that is not properly pressurized, you will get major overtoning. Need to make sure the dev roller is clean before pressurizing the reg roller, otherwise you can get a bigger gap than intended.
I assume this is the issue because you state that the reg roller and supply roller are newly installed. |
