Basically what I have been saying in this PM to everone that asks, is that the 7000 had these worm like deletions problem when it was launched a while back. I don't know if they ever corrected the issue. ( from the looks of things they did not)

I also know that K mart has actually swapped machines out for customers that made enough noise. It usually takes an act of congress to get K mart to swap a machine so this must tell us something.

I cant offer any more as I do not work on the 7000. I was never a fan of it.

Make some noise. It sometimes works.
Good luck.

The info/opinion that I have been PM ing to anyone that asks is this:

The 7000 unit had these deletion issues when it was first launched. I know there were numerous attempts at fixing the issue with mods. How successful they were, I do not know. I know of several dealers that have gotten K mart to swap out the machine ( an act of congress if you know the inner workings of K mart). So you can draw your own conclusion from that. I can't offer any more on this as I do not work on any 7000 units.

Make some noise and see what they do. A lot of noise.
Good luck.

Most of the issues were fixed with the upgrade from KIP. The biggest issues is the user mode Ud isn't on (needs lastest firmware). This enables some fans. So this along with the added plates above drawer #1 will (or should take care of this issue).
