| Customer of mine in the Silver State who shall remain nameless called me with this error code, requesting service. After two service calls chasing ghosts (AND they are 325 miles from my office.) I did some research into this, and on one phone support call, I walked them through cleaning off and refreshing the bias contacts, another service call to remove the e clip from the left end, the customer's last remark is that we should replace this lemon (2 yr. old machine) that is located in a 125 yr old. historic home because every time they turn on the coffee pot, microwave and blueprint machine, the KIP freaks out. Meter readings on the outlet showed the voltage occasionally going as low as 98 volts. And this guy was a Navy electrician, too. |
