I have a customer who is running the latest request on his PC running Vista. When scanning a multipage PDF it doesn't send it to his mailbox on request. He can scan single page PDF's all day long, but as soon as he does a multipage it doesnt show up.
When he is scanning, it is showing up on the preview scan on the touch screen, and it is counting how many originals are being scanned, but again, when he gets to his PC, it isn't there. Any suggestions!?

| When you finish scanning a multi-page, you must hit the red "close file" button or it will not show up in the mailbox. |
