By the end of this month I will have a 3000 with a million sq. ft. on it.
Not to shabby for 26 months.
The customer has put less that a grand into for service, and uses it as a production machine.
Here's the real kicker, he uses the original stacker with no issues.

We have quite a few 3000's out right now and it is by far one of the best machines we service. 90% of our calls on these deal mostly with how to do such and such within the software rather than hardware issues. Very solid machine.

We have about 490,000 sq. ft. on our KIP 3000 and have spent about $600 in service, we have this machine for about 20 months now.

We installed a 3000 in a steel co. (VERY dirty environment) approx. 9 months ago. They did not purchase a maint. contract. We got the very first call on said machine today, for a transfer short. Meter reading is at 89847 s.f. I was really impressed after seeing how dirty the exterior of the machine was, and the surrounding area, that the original corona's lasted that long. What a great product!!! From a technicians standpoint, it doesn't get much better.
