I have a customer with a KIP 1900. When they push the stand-by button the unit completely powers off. Is this normal? I thought the stand-by option would be the same as the 1880? Anybody come across this? _________________ Everytime something is made idiot proof... the world creates a better idiot! |

Is the customer pressing the button and the machine turns off or are they putting the machine in stand by and a half hour later the machine is turning off? In the users manual sec. 3.6.2 page it explains how this is happening. If the machine is set up with both the Power Saving Mode and the Power Off Mode on. The Power off has priority.
When we installed are first 1900 customer called and said he would turn the machine on in the AM and later in the day go by and the machine was off. I looked in the manual and saw this was a new feture on the 1900 that the 1880 didn't have. |
