I have a KIP 1900 with less than 7000 clicks on the meter and is giving me lines on the copies. I have replaced all the corona wires except the grid wires checked the developer unit gap on the doctor blade. Also replaced the cleaning bade, it looks like a drum issue because of the distance between some of the larger lines that do indicate the photoreceptor. The machine is an hour awy from homebase and just looking for some insight from someone that has experienced this before.

Your thoughts?

From the looks of your samples, it appears to be a cleaning blade issue. You can try to increase the spring pressure for the cleaning blade.

Looks like either the drum got scratched or the cleaning blade flipped, or is not cleaning correctly. If it's that far away you better bring a drum and a new blade. I see some marks on there that are repeating.
