| We recently had a 3000 show on the meter that the customer ran about 80,000 sq feet in a month. It appears to be a firmware issue because there is no way they could have run so much through it. We checked the amount of paper we sent them and then checked the accounting data that is stored on the IPS. For some reason the meter went nuts and added way too much sq footage. Just Curious if anyone else has seen this??? |

FYI
It was the firmware in the machine...
Somehow it went bad. |
