Have a new 3001 (just installed 12/22/07) customer is having problems when copying Aerial images. Last 3 inches of the trail edge get cutoff when copying in Photo or Greyscale modes. I have run 36x24 test charts through on all image modes and it works fine.

-Printing works fine from both Autocad and request
- Image will copy if using Line or Line/Photo

Thanks in adavance.

This issue was resolved by updating the IPS with the newest patch on the kip website. Another known issue that doesnt get relayed to service dealers in any way. Good job KIP.
