| I added 3 mailboxes after upgrading to 6.5. I did nothing to change the file naming conventions for any of them... The customer called complaining that the counter kept getting reset to temp0001 and the 3000 won't let them transfer files of the same name (if temp001 is already in the destination dir).. I went in and changed each of the 3 mailboxes to seperate conventions.. IE 0100 and 0200... I scanned some drawings, changes boxes, ran a copy, scanned some more and everything was fine... they called back later that day to say that the counters reset again.. I searched through all of the config pages and see nothing to control this.. The machine is set to power up in the morning and power down at night.. they never flip the power switch or pull the chord or anything. they are aqlso not using and of the unified feqatures, so they are not importany any settings of any kind. I thought all these machines automatically kept counting up regardless of user... anyways.. Looking for help!! |
