I have a 3000 with about 30,000 square feet on it. I am having an image issue. The left side of the drawing there is no image, about 8 inches in it is blank then there is a band about 5 inches wide. After the black band the image starts. Then the right side of the drawing is blank. About 8 inches in there is another blank image, 2 inches of black band, and then the image continues. So in summary, 8 inches blank, 5 inches black band, image, 2inches of black band, 8 inches blank image again on a 30 inch drawing This is what has been done so far:

Swapped out Charge unit
Swapped out High ZD assembly
Swapped out drum
Regulation roller is clean (no toner on it)
Development roller is evenly coated
LED head is clean and seated properly
Swapped out HV power supply
Trans/sep wires are new and seated properly
Metal tabs behind charge are touching charge
Gold Plate on charge is touching copper piece on LED
drum is seated properly and touching its ground point

Any help would be appreciated. They have been down since Friday.

Thanks!

Problem solved. It turned out to be the LED head. I swapped it out with another one and it worked.
