i have a kip 3000 that 2 issues:
1. when sending a print job and they want a set of them, the first d size 24+ 36 is in the fuser ready to exit the next is cut to 15 inches in length.so fo course it causes a jam.36 in bond paper is in the kip and states 36 in bond on gui.
2. problem 2 when they copy d size the image is shifted to the left 3 inches, and again if you want 2 or more the first one is ok the next copy is cut 10 - 15 inches and jams.
has any one seen this issue before and can inlighten me with a solution?
any ideas on how to get 24+36 to stack right, left corner (when facing front of kip ) the paper curls up causing jamming.
thanks for listening and for any help.
joe
