Not sure on this one. I did hear it from a reliable source that should know.
It was stated that KIP was trying to woo a large company to take over the helm. (like Cannon)
Again, not sure on this, just putting it out to see if anyone else can confirm or deny.

This doesn't really make any sense, Kip America is owned by KTA in Japan. They wouldn't have any reason to sell one division, it would be possible for a company as large as Cannon to buy the entire company, but not just Kip America.
KTA is a public company so to buy them out would require gaining a controlling interest of their stock. When this starts to happen usually rumors of who is buying the stock comes out soon afterwards. |

I agree with all of your points Master. I even said these same things to the person telling me this. I think this a bunch mis information. But the source was pretty secure in what he knew. We will see what happens.
