have a solid white line from lead to trail edge about 1/3 of the way into the image
cleaned the LED print head
didnt help |

not quite sure what rollers you are talking about
have replaced the supply and devo rollers
drum is new
cant seem to get the print quality back plus the white line issue

Is this only on prints or on copies or on both? A little more info on when it is happening and where on the sheet it is. Is it only on 30 inch or 36.

the scanner has been eliminated
it shows up all the time prints and copies
been printing the test prints from the service mode
happens on both paper sizes - and it shows up on the drum
it has a new corona wire, tried a new dev roller, cleaned and cleaned the led, but no luck
on a 36" it shows up about 1/3 in from the left |
