| I have a Kip 3000 that customer said that the display will go to a pink screen and start beeping they have to power down and leave down till computer reboots then fine. by the time I got there today machine had been off a few hours so it work fine I thinking I need to upgrade or glost the machine. the software ver is 1.2.2 any one had this problem. |

I had a similar issue, I upgraded to 6.5 and haven't heard from them. It hasn't been long enough to be positive, but 6.5 seems to have resolved the problem.
