I have an 8000 that is rolling the paper out in all decks as they get towards the end of a roll of paper. Also, as it gets to the end of the roll, the cut lengths will be off as much as 1/2 inch on the last couple of prints. These issues only occur at the end of a roll of paper, and they occurs out of all 4 decks. Ideas?
Thanks! |

Yeah- We've had that problem occasionally. The paper is too lose on the core so it slips a little as it is cut and can throw the sensor off as to how much paper is on the roll. I'd suggest getting another lot of paper. |
