I have a (2) 3000's that the fuser section is making a loud vibration noise. It seems to make the noise the worse when the machine is in standby mode, and the fuser is turning once in awhile. I have changed the fuser bearings which is definatly where it is coming from. I can let it vibrate and put some Tri-Flow on them and the noise goes away, but it seems to return about every 20,000 sq/ft. Any ideas?

Since the Triflow helps for a while maybe use a high temp grease like Never Sieze grease which you can find at several suppliers
