When we print an autocad 06 file using request the prints do not print properly.

The drawings that we print have a layer that is greyed out, to differentiate items on the drawing. when this prints out using request the lines are all dark. If we print from autocad they print correctly. If we send out the plot files, they print correctly. Even the KIP Request preview shows the areas wrong (like it prints it, all dark lines).

KIP said to edit the winreq.ini file so that "UseKIPJL=1", and make sure that "put pen and media info into plot file" was selected... but this did not change anything.
