From reading many of the threads in this well organized (and much appreicated/needed) forum, a question comes to mind.
How do many of you aquire KIP parts, manuals and TSB's without actualy being a KIP dealer? Does KIP sell parts and release manuals, TSB's to non-dealers who are in the business of service only?
On a side note. I have a client with an OCE-9400 and heaven knows the manuals are not available, much less many parts. I'm lucky those OCE's are such good machines. Any leads on an OCE-9400 parts/service manual and a lead on parts?
