We have a 2000 with a odd fusing issue.
On about the third or forth print out, the left side will not fuse properly.
We can rub the toner off.
We replaced the entire fusing assembly, and all the filters and fans.
We also have the temp cranked up to 210, and still no change.
Any ideas? |

Have you replaced the bearings and center spring on the fuser agitator fan? Standing at the front of the machine, the left side will be the side most likely to not fuse if the fans are not spinning together. |

We replaced the entire fan twice. |

There's an air guide bracket that attaches to the fuser fan. it's small, has like 6 fins on it. If that's not installed with the new fan you'll have this problem. |
