I have a kip that been out for about 3 Month been running fine till last two rolls of 36 x 500 I don't really think it is machine but thowing this out for anyone who might have seen this problem. When the roll gets to about 1/3 left the 36 will start have waves in the paper after it prints about the last haft. Last time they had this I change out the roll and the problem went away. I got a call from them late yesterday and they said it doing it again. I have no other maching doing this. They get there paper from us. the 24x500 dose not do this. Open for Ideas on this monday moring call. |

Sounds like a paper problem...............Do you know that there is no dehumidfier in the paper drawers??? It is an option you have to order and install yourself. Maybe after a weekend the paper sits long enough to pick up moisture and then you get wrinkels. If swaping out the roll makes it go away I would look at the paper or maybe how the spindle is sitting in the drawer.................
