Hey team!
New install (about 3 months ago) and all is well except for the creasing on 30" roll only. Best I can tell is it happens in the fuser, since it has an image in the crease. Also, only happens when printing 5 or more pages, usually starting on the 5th page and continuing from there. Kip keeps referring back to Tech-Tip K140-015a but I've done everything recommended and still having the issue.
Anyone have any other ideas or known fixes?

| Have you tried a different roll and brand of paper? A lot of times a wrinkling problem is due to poor quality paper. We sell only Dietzgen/Sihl paper that works the best. |

I did try a different roll but not a different brand. That might be worth looking into. I'll look into that brand. |
