| You will have to get out of the program and get to the desk top. At that point you can do a search for , I believe, Request. I believe it is on the D drive. Sorry it has been over a year since I have had to do it. You might want to hook up a keyboard and mouse. Makes it much easier. And then delete all the files out of it. |

close the UI and press and hold on the Kip icon in the system tray (next to clock). This will bring up a menu, and then you can select clean database. This will clean the database of all jobs in the queue.
