Hard to explain and appears randomly ,Maybe occurring after roll runs out..So customer sends a job and it says to load 30 inch roll
BUT screen shows it is loaded. Back out roll and refeed after its done but it won't allow you to confirm its been loaded. Yellow band over roll 2 on touchscreen.
Butif you unload both rolls and swap positions ie put 36 in back and 30 in front, it will load and work fine!
Its done this a few times so recently updated System K software and firmware but just did it again.
I believe it occurs when they run out of paper on roll2.
Reboot had no effect on it. It will only work if you swap both rolls! |

| Hey Al, This is a known bug in the software. An easier way around it is to select some other size roll, like a metric size, click OK. Then go back in and select the correct size and hit OK. This works for me every time. |
