We regularly print front and back covers for our sets on 32lb Pres Bond through our Kip 870 and 970 with little to no issues.

Thanks for the info. They want to go just a BIT thicker than that. Like, 12 point card stock thick. I'll give it a try and get back to the board if it's a success or if the insides of the printer get ripped out!
