Anyone with any thoughts we are getting deck1 misfeeds no issues with paper feeding from rolls 3&4 from deck2 we have replaced everything short of replacing the whole deck. kip has visited twice problem is extremely intermittent machine can run weeks at a time with no calls and the problem comes and goes on its own any suggestions are more than welcome.

| Have you checked out the emitter wheel and counter roller in the front of the deck? Replaced the sensor? Also good to lube the shaft the emitter wheel is on. If the counter roller is not in the correct spot it can and will cause this issue. |
