2300 scanner, says insert original, will not draw the sheet in. The 1st sensor has been replaced with no change. There is no error message, just insert orig. Also have switched the win7 64bit OS drive on the scan PC to a cloned backup drive with no change. The manual points to the I/O or Main pcb. The scanner has worked great for several years until this issue.
Has anyone had this problem with the 2300?
Also, in trying to use my service pc, XP 32 bit, I can’t find the proper 2300 usb driver. Would anyone know where to find the driver or have the driver file that could be emailed to me? |

I have a driver dated 2010, we were using this driver with win 7 32 with no issues. Send me your email
