Hi guys, first, I already spoke to one of kc3 support tech but I ask here if someone have another idea, I take everything.
We install a working used Kip Fold 2000 on a Kip 7170 IPS, the folder itself worked as we try to configure some fold presets directly on the display panel cause we are not be able to connect on the web. Somewhere in our tests, one sheetwas rejected before the bridge and at that time we’ve seen that the display came to Kip logo and we cannot make anything with so we decide to restart the folder machine. Same thing, Kip logo only and stay there. We can see the loading process, can see in half a second the main display and after that the Kip logo.
I have to go back to customer site to continue investigations, do you thing the machine (the folder) is in kind of loop mode like she see a paper jam but didn’t tell me and jammed at the Kip logo ? As per kc3 tech, we double checked all connections on the master and the 2 other boards.
Any idea will be appreciated and thanks in advance. |
