| Trying to get part number for orange cap that comes on new printhead. My customer lost theirs and I would like to get a set to have on hand. The only number I could fine in manual is CZ309-67192 but this is not the orange cap. It is a cap with seals to put printheads in for reshipping. |

| Actually those are the ones to use if for servicing purpose. That way they are sealed while you work on your machine. The box CZ309–67294 works out cheaper, from what I was told. Comes with all 8 holders and a place to put them. Besides why would a customer need that. The only time they need to pull a printhead is to replace it, and the new printhead will have a orange cap then. |
