Recently tried to replace old style board with new dip switch board but the machine would not complete start cycle. Roll feed lights light up roll 1,2,3 and 4 then it should rotate the cutter one time lubing it. Instead it E007s out end of story. You hear the cutter try but it will not return to home. KIP sent a new board but same results and I tried it in the other 2 functioning machines we have at the shop with the same results. Has anyone run into this problem?
Thanks

Knowing more now I can say the PW 7756 Ver.4 board does not work in Starprint 8000. (Unless they sent me 2 bad boards) A Tech bulletin from the Doc made me aware there were older dip switch boards out there that were functioning in the 8000. Found a Ver. 3 board and I am up and running.
