customer loading driver on a windows 10 computer but says cannot print to his 7170. Does it need to be to at a certain version of firmware. I don't work on a lot of Kips and this is the first 7170. The customer is some distance away so I am asking here first. he said he is loading Version#1.47

Even the KIP 3000 works with Win 10... Is this a KIP System K machine? If so you need the correct Windows driver for the KIP Sys K... They are NOT backward compatible! See which version of Sys K is loaded.. 1.3, 1.6, 2.0, 2.1, 2,2 ?? MUST use correct Windows driver for the version of SYS K you are using I Believe 1.47 is for latest 2.2 Sys K
