| The Add Toner indicator is on, after installing a couple of different toner cartridges it's still asking for toner, and the unit does not go through the add toner cycle (doesn't rotate the toner clutch or the developer unit), the add toner indicator just stays on constantly. |

When you replace the toner do you open just the toner door or do you open both the main unit and the toner door? I've had issues with this if you open both. Try just opening the toner door and see what happens. Also can you get into service mode and manually run the toner clutch? 5804-052
