This problem started out as Abnormal output process 3 transfer charger and swapped the board with #2 then put new board on #2 and then #3 was ok but #2 was now giving the 4-21 error.
So here is what i have done.
1. Followed the Board by swapping the board with #3 with #2 process and it followed the board.
2. changed the board with a new one. Still having the AOOP #2 transfer charger 4-21
3. Cleaned and put new conductive grease on all of the transfer rollers.
4. unbound all of the HV wires from zip ties. |
