Customer says display says no input. They are 100 miles out. I am thinking the ips power supply. Cant remember what it looks like. The book calls it a DTX-36
is it something i dont have to buy from Kip? |

Might also bring a bios battery.
And the default KIP settings for it. |

| Could also be the mother board. Replaced out the power supply and it still would not come up. Replaced the mother board and had power. It could be the built in graphic card which is still part of the mother board. If this is the case, look for a replacement for that mother board make it the same as the 1 you are taking out. Get all the numbers KIP wants and they will give you new KIP codes. |
