Paper is backing out of roll one. replaced the sensor on the pulse disk on the side of the drawer hoping that would solve it. I did get it to load one time but when I printed it backed out and showed out of paper. |

Check PVC roll Hubs
I had one slipping causing same problem. They break easily,.... |

hubs are OK. I checked them and tried some from the other drawers. |

Try replacing feed clutch. |

Still having the problem. Machine is some distance away. They are one of the few customers that are understanding. |
