| I set Accounting up for a customer after updating from v1.4 to v2.2. I wasn't able to back anything up beforehand due to an issue with the software not booting. The customer had anonymous use disabled but claims they didn't have to input a password...that they'd select the user and could just hit enter on the password prompt. I cannot find a way to accomplish that and tech support is saying it's not possible. Has anyone else seen this work? |
