I have a 7970 causing a wrinkle on trail edge only about in center of a 36 inch sheet and only 1-2 inches in from trail edge.
I have replaced fuser roller with a new KIP OEM!
It only seems to do it if print has a wide black border about 1/4 wide or more within an inch of trail edge and only in center of sheet. Its not to big maybe 2 inches long and 2 or more wrinkles about 1/2 inch apart.
Have not seen this before Any suggestions?? |

Is this on a 24 x 36 or 36 x 48. Could be fuser speed. It might be too fast or too slow. Pressure roller. Check the bearings on the pressure roller and fuser rollers and spacers. Moisture in the paper. Have you switch out rolls of paper with a known good roll of paper. |
