| Do I need this patch? Just started using a new computer with 64 bit windows 7 (8000-pdf dongle, XP, request 6.5.258) and am having random problems printing direct from Acrobat. Like random text turned sideways. |

Sorry for being such a newbie. I've seen a procedure how to apply the Mixed Environment Patch somewhere here, together with other files but can't seem to find it.
What are the steps to apply the patch, and what other files do I need to install.
Here our setup specs:
KIP 8000 PRINTER and KIP 2120 SCANNER
EMBEDDED CONTROLLER ver 6.5.568 on Windows XP
Running KIP Print Request Rev. 6.2.5 on a Windows XP PC
Running KIP Scan 6.2.1 on the same Windows XP PC

| i vnc into the controller and double click the .exe file for the Mixed Envir Patch. then reboot the controller and it's installed. |
