|
|
When one roll runs out it automatically switches to the other roll, even though it has different sized paper in it.
I've looked through settings on UI and through Printnet and I'm not finding a way to stop this action. Any help would be much appreciated. |

Non SystemK software change make the change in Unattend in the configuration area from closest to exact.
With SystemK software change the amount of waste to 0 or 1 percent. |

Rowdy: Did this resolve your issue? My customer is having the same issue of it rotating the image and printing from 36" to 30" roll.
CHILLIN: Not that I doubt you.... |

DLee is it a SystemK machine or non SystemK and is the 36” paper out when it prints on the 30”? |

System K. Basically, when the customer runs 24x36 on 36" paper and the 36" runs out in the middle of the job, the printer rotates the drawing 90 degrees and starts printing it on the 30" paper. |

That sounds like the amount of waste setting.
I had a similar issue but the machine still had 36” loaded.
It had to do with the rotation for faster printing in PrintNet |
