Hi,

The 9900 will kill the 9000.
Don't expect any update or improvment.
The machine will died as it is.
Regards.

I had a feeling we would be left out in the cold on the 9000 we had just purchased...after being nothing but a serious revenue killer.
Imagine if Toyota did this type of solution for thier dealer/customer base...what do you think would happen to them and thier customer loyalty??
...."phone call to kip support"...the 9000 is having problems again with the developer...reply...your technical staff must not be very good!!!

Thank you soooooooo much Kip...
