Does anyone physically have this firmware version that can be dropboxed? I need it for a customer and the only thing on HP's website now is a 14.1.1.5 patch to 13.1.1.3. I called HP and tech support said this is not available anymore?? This is the first time in 20 years I've experienced this from an HP firmware standpoint.
