Usual pdf problem with black squares where info was pasted in,
Works when print as image checked in advanced settings from Adobe reader print dialog....
But is there another way to correct this either in Kip software or switch on the Kip OS?
Machine is a 7100 with 7.4.817
Customer doesn't want to create a tiff etc.... |

In the Printer Options of the WPD, try switching from KIP Script to GL or vice versa and see if it fixes it. |

You may want to browse into the machine and in PDF processing change the setting for transparency. If it is checked uncheck it or if it is not selected check it.
Remember to click on the submit button to the right |
