Delivered new 3 weeks ago. Setup by Kip trained tech. Customer called today and said prints were totally blank. I may stop out to have a look myself before sending out a tech from the company I bought it from. My experience is mostly on the older 3000/3100 so I'm not going to dive into this too much. Anything obvious or common I can look for besides broken corona wires, toner on mag roller, etc?

By the way what is Kip's factory warranty with Kon/Min dealers?

Thanks and Happy Holiday's !!

Since no one answered I figured I would post what it was so maybe it can help someone in the future. Customer didn't have toner btl in right and wasn't turning to add toner.

I didn't think it could be the toner because there was no message to replace and customer said the prints were fine one day and blank the next. They did not get gradually lighter like small printers & copiers do.

Surprised Kip hasn't come up with a better toner system. Unless they changed something it's looks the same as 3000 which I remember had a lot of trouble with customer putting btl in wrong, breaking toner motor gear, green handle, etc

Happy New Year

Had this problem, end up by replacing the toner sensor. there was no "bird" sound coming from it.

Also, don't forget to plug the toner sensor in the back of the dev unit.....happen to me !

You can check in service mode if toner motor work fine.
