Got a client with a 7700. Just did a PM 2 months ago, rebuilt developer and replaced the drum. For whatever reason it doent show certain line weights from autocad. They show up great on a 1 to 1 print from a konica c654. I know the konica is a 1200x1200dpi. And tbe kip is 1800x600 dpi from specs ive found online. Is there a setting in autocad or on the kip that can cause this. Even on the darkest density theyre light and gone in some places. Not sure where to go from here.

Check the print head to make sure it's locked down properly. Did you drop the print head? That can bend things knocking the focus out of spec. I know, I've done it myself.
